This is a rare ad print that was included in a limited edition guidebook for New World Aiko called "AIKO CONCEPT WORKS" released back in 2005, some months before the game's launch. The book also contained a poster version of this ad.

I'm not sure how well-known this is online, but there seems to be very little information about this book to the point that I wonder if there's people (other than me) who actually know of its existence. That's odd because I think it was some kind of pre-order bonus or a membership gift from some game store idk. I remember there were character profiles, stage details, and even an interview with the director! 

But yeah, it's pretty rare since not many copies were made and it never got a reprint after the promotion. I just dusted off my old copy and it's actually got a small amount of content. I'm willing to scan and upload more pages when I have time.

• I made my 1st ever logo ever for this!
• Font is called Excelorate
• In hindsight, I shoulda gave the logos a bit more space
• It feels weird using the PlayStation logos in my art for itch/jam submissions, so I blur it just because.
• I made a textless version + 2nd version of this drawing with fake screenshots to make it look more like a game ad, but don't feel too comfortable sharing on Itch.
